Last Spring, we did some talking 'round here about the Justin and Rebecca situation on Brothers and Sisters, and it looks like those of us who were a little uneasy seeing the two of them together will have lots of chances to get used to it in the coming season. From the looks of things in this ABC promo, the two are definitely more than just ex-brother-and-sister when the show's third season premieres Sept. 28.

There's no denying that Brothers and Sisters' Justin and Rebecca would make a cute couple — except for that thing where they're, well, brother and sister. Or are they? B and S has spent much of this Spring wading into issues of questionable paternity, sexual tension, and generally icky situations between the youngest Walker and the girl we've always thought was his half-sister.

Brothers & Sisters hasn't been gone as long as some of the other shows that went off the air during the strike — we spoiled fans of the Walker family got to see an original episode in February, after all. But when the show went off the air, it seemed like a lot of big things were about to happen, so I'm frankly relieved that it's finally returning. While I'm excited about many of the upcoming developments in the B&S universe, I'm a little worried about others — particularly the dynamic the writers have been setting up with Rebecca and Justin, though they recently assured E!

This is maybe the toughest part of this whole writers' strike-afflicted TV season for me: A bunch of shows are coming back, they're coming soon, and yet it's still several days (or, in some cases, a couple of weeks) before I actually get to watch. Luckily, the network press sites have been loading up with photos from the new episodes, so there's plenty of fodder for idle speculation — as you can see if you take a spin through this slideshow. If you're very spoiler-phobic, beware (though really, these are more like teasers than spoilers, since I'm mostly just guessing).
