The latest episode of Lipstick Jungle left me feeling even more bummed about the show's apparent cancellation (which, incidentally, is being denied by its stars). There's just so much left to resolve! In this episode, Wendy, Nico, and Victory discover there's life beyond New York City, heading to a country retreat for a few days of relaxation.

On this week's Lipstick Jungle, Kirby's mom (played by Rosanna Arquette) stops by to make things very, very awkward in Nico's cradle-robbing life. Wendy gets concerned that Shane wants to do some cradle-robbing of his own, and Joe Bennett is nowhere to be seen for a while after his big embarrassment last week, but his presence is very, very much felt. The particular "F-word" in the title of this Lipstick Jungle episode is "family." As in, the one you suddenly have an awful lot of free time to spend with after you're fired from your job. Or the one you might have to learn to love if you start dating one of its members.
