L.A. isn't the only breeding ground for blond socialites with friendship issues: Lifetime has picked up the
Hills-like
"docu-series" titled Blonde Charity Mafia which will follow the lives of three of Washington, D.C.'s young, elite ladies. Citizen came across
the casting call listing back in February, and it looks like the showrunners finally found their talent: Katherine Kennedy (pictured above), Krista Johnson and Sophie Pyle.
The Washington Post's TV columnist Lisa de Moraes writes about the show:
Lifetime gushed in its announcement that its hot blond chicks' "events are always a hot ticket; their dating lives are gossiped about; and sometimes merely their simple daily activities are chatter within the D.C.
The Hills Fashion Quiz: Episode One "We'll Never Be Friends" This fresh season brings with it new boys, old romances, and everything in between. Thus far, our girl Lauren went on a date with an old flame, Doug; the quibbling continued for Heider and Spenci; and the tensions deepened between roommates Audrina and Lo. Ouch.
The Hills Tech Quiz: S4 Episode 1 — "We'll Never Be Friends" Did you watch the season premiere last night. Looks like the drama will never die down. I won't totally spoil it in case you missed all the action and are going to catch a rerun this week, but I will say this — there weren't a whole lot of new tech treats to stare at, so if you need to brush up on your Hills cell phone and tech knowledge to gear up for this Summer, you can check it all out here.
The Hills Beauty Quiz: We'll Never Be Friends Season Four of The Hills rolled out last night, setting the stage for drama ahead. How close were you watching these lovely ladies' hair, makeup, and nail choices last night. Take my beauty quiz to test your memory, and check back next week for another set of questions.

If you tuned in to see the season four premier of
The Hills last night, you saw that nothing has changed with these characters — their dramatic relationships are just as tumultuous as they were last season. Though Heidi and Spencer have reconciled their relationship, they don't seem to be the least bit happy or in love. Every scene with them was filled with tension and vicious stares, leaving me questing why they are even together in the first place.
The Hills is back and it's juicier than ever. I hope you didn't miss last night's season premiere episode because it was fashion filled and drama packed. This fresh season brings with it new boys, old romances, and everything in between.

Even if you aren't totally into
The Hills, or missed last night's episode, I've already
confided that I was fingers crossed to see the rascally pup, Chloe. Sadly, she didn't make an appearance last night, but the doggie was mentioned – I'll relay the events below and I want to hear how you would handle a similar situation.
Two roommates (Lauren and Lo) threw a birthday party for a third roommate (Audrina). Now there's no love lost between Lo, Audrina, and her friends and, at one point, Lo disappears.

The Hills returned last night, and as promised there was plenty of drama. While the episode was all about emotional conversations, the girls were out in Malibu for a beach premiere party. They looked gorgeous in their party dresses, though Heidi's shoes look a little inconvenient for the sand — Audrina's bare feet are more like it.

After a three month hiatus,
The Hills girls are back, and along with them, my weekly food quiz. Last night's season premiere was filled with drama. Lauren hosted a barbecue and Heidi's sister annoyed Spencer, but the most climatic part was the showdown between Lo and Audrina.

Two yays. One yay for the return of Fall TV shows (my TiVo is no longer on Summer vacay) and second yay for season four of
The Hills. Did you watch the season premiere last night.
