Drew Barrymore looked pouty but pretty in her fab 40s era outfit around the set of
Grey Gardens in Toronto yesterday. From period piece to her
gorgeous Gucci ads, we've been seeing all sorts of sides of flower child Drew. Last time we saw Drew on the set she was
in all white and we're excited to see the rest of the ladies in their fabulous wardrobes, especially now that
Jeanne Tripplehorn has signed on as the role of Jackie O in the film.

Wow, I probably never would have thought of this, but now that she's been cast it makes sense: Jeanne Tripplehorn, known mostly for her role on
Big Love, will
play Jackie O in HBO Films' production Grey Gardens.
Based on a 1975 documentary, the story follows Big Edie and Little Edie (played by Jessica Lange and
Drew Barrymore, respectively), the "aunt and cousin of Onassis who made headlines when the health department threatened to raid their flea- and raccoon-infested 28-room East Hampton, N.Y., mansion."
I am always drawn in by Tripplehorn's performances on Big Love and I'm curious to see what she does with this role.

Drew Barrymore was seen filming in Toronto on the set of
Grey Gardens yesterday. Chameleon Drew sure looks different here than her last movie set where she was busy with a
parrot on her shoulder. In this movie, Drew plays the eccentric first cousin of Jackie Kennedy who slowly loses her sense of reality as she starts spending her time in isolation at her summer home with her mother.

Taking a break from her tunes, Drew played it cool at LAX this week. We've been caught up in her
preferred relaxation techniques and
new man recently, but she's got big projects on the horizon, too. Drew is
producing and starring in the film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical (which came from a documentary) Grey Gardens, based on the lives of Edith and Edith Bouvier Beale, the eccentric aunt and first cousin of Jackie Kennedy.
