Violet Affleck flashed a smile as she and Jennifer Garner made their way out of LAX on Friday morning. She's looking so grown up with her long blonde hair and is still showing off her stylish stripes. She won't be the littlest Affleck for very much longer, but Violet has a big milestone coming up even before she gets a little sibling — her third birthday is on December 1 just a week away.

It must have been a relieving day for Jen, who was granted a permanent restraining order from the man who's been stalking her for the past few years. It all sounds like a scary situation for the family and with Ben busy over in the Congo, we hope this victory will help Jen sleep easier at night.

Jennifer Garner Wins Protection Against Her Alleged Stalker Jennifer Garner got a permanent restraining order against the man who has allegedly been stalking her this morning. Jennifer's lawyer just appeared in a downtown LA court and got an order against Steven Burky, prohibiting him from having contact with Jennifer for three years.

Jennifer Garner headed into a studio in LA yesterday afternoon while news broke of a scary situation for the actress and her family. Garner was recently granted a temporary restraining order against a man who has allegedly been stalking Jennifer since 2002. Garner made a declaration saying she worried for her and her family's safety especially during the past few years when he has repeatedly shown up at their house and followed her around the country.

Jennifer Garner supported Ben's Red Sox love taking Violet to the grocery store in LA on Sunday. The family had a visit from Ben's mom this weekend and Violet must have had fun playing with her grandmother while she's still an only child. From the looks of Jen's baby bump, the newest addition will be here before we know it, and while Jen and Ben are supposedly keeping things traditional, we're curious if they'll give Violet's sibling a name to match hers.

Jennifer Garner and Violet had an extra special guest on their way to school on Friday — Ben's mother Chris was out to visit her granddaughter and spend the day with her daughter-in-law. Ben had his own errands to run, but it must be nice to have a pair of helping family hands in town while they prepare for the arrival of baby number two.
