George Clooney lounged in his cargo pants on the set of
Men Who Stare at Goats with costar Ewan McGregor in New Mexico yesterday. While George's hairy lip decoration is starting to grow on me, I can't necessarily say the same for
your vastly preferred mustache man Brad Pitt. There's something endearing that the good friends both have to maintain their
facial hair in the same way for their respective movies, but let's just hope they both ditch the matchy matchy 'staches when filming ends.
Angels & Demons is the latest Dan Brown novel to be adapted for the big screen, following the film version of The Da Vinci Code, which was released all the way back in 2006.
Ron Howard is back directing Tom Hanks who plays Robert Langdon, the Harvard symbologist who "works to solve a murder and prevent a terrorist act against the Vatican."
Ewan McGregor also stars
in the film, which opens in UK cinemas on 15 May.
Movie Preview: Michelle Williams, Ewan McGregor in Incendiary Got your tissues handy? Because this trailer's probably going to make you sad. Starring Michelle Williams and Ewan McGregor, Incendiary (based on a novel of the same name) is the story of a woman who loses her son and her husband in a suicide bombing, an event made more traumatic by the fact that she witnesses the attack on TV with the man with whom she's having an affair.

All of the new DVD releases hit stores (and
Netflix) on Tuesdays. So each week in
What to Netflix: New DVD Tuesday, I sort through the best of the batch and tell you what to add to your queue. In addition to my selections below, you can also add
Speed Racer,
Made of Honor and a little independent film starring Kate Beckinsale called
Snow Angels to your lists.

George Clooney is producing and starring in
Men Who Stare at Goats, based on the book by Guardian columnist Jon Ronson. The
cast is shaping up nicely, with a few more solid actors joining Clooney: Kevin Spacey, Ewan McGregor and Jeff Bridges. The Hollywood Reporter has more about the project:
Goats is set in Iraq and centers on Bob Wilton (McGregor), a desperate reporter who stumbles upon the story of a lifetime when he meets Lyn Cassady (Clooney), who claims to be a former secret U.S.

The lesser-spotted Ewan McGregor touched down at LAX yesterday, and I have to say he looked more like a musician than an actor as he carried
his guitar through the terminal wearing those shades! For those of you who – like me – have missed seeing the sexy Scot lately, never fear. He'll soon be inescapable as he's in the process of filming three movies at the moment, with another
possible three films in pre-production.
Deception is an example of a hyper-talented cast saving — seriously saving — some so-so material. The script isn't bad, per se, it's just sort of generic, sometimes draggy and includes some absurdly trite dialogue. And yet, I bought into it and left feeling like I'd been treated to some great performances.
