Courteney Cox didn't mind leaving the house with wet hair in LA with Coco yesterday. The mother-daughter duo looked refreshed and happy to be back home after their star-studded NYE on the beach in Cabo, and Courteney has more fun to share with her family. She makes her debut on Scrubs tonight on back-to-back episodes, and we're excited to see her flex those comedic muscles again until her newest project, Cougar Town, is ready to hit the screen.

If you're a Scrubs fan, there's one important thing to remember about tonight's premiere: The show makes its debut on ABC, not NBC, its previous longtime home. So tell your friends and check your DVR: The Sacred Heart doctors have, as the ads have been saying, found "a better place to operate."
The general consensus seems to be that in its new (and likely final) season, Scrubs is better than it's been in years.

Jennifer Aniston and her large group of celebrity BFFs continued their Cabo vacation this past week, ringing in the New Year with lots of bikinis. Bar Refaeli showed off her award-winning body while Leonardo DiCaprio partied with his boys Kevin Connolly, Lukas Haas and Tobey Maguire. Jennifer Meyer showed off her pregnant belly and the Cox-Arquettes splashed around in the pool with Coco.

It looks like Jennifer Aniston is spending New Year's Eve in one of her favorite places surrounded by people she loves. The woman with the number one movie in the country arrived in Cabo earlier this week with her BFF Courteney Cox and family along with Laura Dern and Ben Harper's family. Considering John Mayer and his brothers flew out to LA just a few days earlier, we wouldn't be surprised to see the boys ring in 2009 in Mexico as well.

Celeb Style: Courteney Cox Courteney Cox brought a little kimono glamour to the red carpet at the LA premiere of Bedtime Stories. She wore a silk wrap dress from Marc Jacobs's Spring collection but kept warm with the long sleeves and leggings. A little gold bling was a nice finishing touch, as was the oversize clutch.

Black and blue keeps on going and going. Anne Hathaway dabbled with the color combination via her navy Marc Jacobs wrap dress back when she attended the David Letterman Show in October. She added black with opaque tights, pumps, and a Ferragamo bag.

Keri Russell and Courteney Cox matched their black sashes but weren't accompanied by their husbands at the Bedtime Stories premiere in LA last night. Adam Sandler brought his wife, Jackie, who Keri recently thanked for helping cast her in the movie. Russell Brand stayed away from his costar and ex, Teresa Palmer, but did mention that he's hoping to share a New Year's kiss with a Jonas Brother.

After a rather downplayed performance on the UK red carpet for the premiere of Bedtime Stories, Russell Brand was back to his old self — huge hair and all — as he posed and joked at the US premiere. Vocal supporter of our Brit comedian, director Adam Shankman, smiled alongside him, while glamour was brought to the red carpet by Courteney Cox, Russell's ex Teresa Palmer and Keri Russell. Guy Pearce brought a different shade of handsome than Russell, his specs appeal shining out as he walked the press line, don't you think he looks gorgeous?

Courteney has typically chosen to exercise indoors utilizing a combination of power yoga, weights, and Pilates, but more recently the actress has simplified her regimen by adopting a practice called Budokon that combines elements of all the things she enjoys.
