I am not too fond of Ms. Fields' new series. I believe its too phoney. I have always found Ms. Fields' acting to be fun in comedies, believable in dramas (some I cannot watch more than once because they make me feel so anxious and sad). She holds her age well (to me she still looks like "the Flying Nun" with her great smil). She pulled me through a rough, painful childhood due to disease because Ms. Fields reminded of one of my three older sisters (the one who is 5.5 years older than I)which sister helped me through extreme painful nights due to disease,holding me and comforting me through the pain even though said sister was seriously physically abused by my father who was her stepfather. When my sister left home to get married, Ms. Fields on the t.v. helped me through my lonesome and painful times missing my sister. Ms. Fields always had that wonderful, fun smile, never looked too sexy and looked approachable and kind. I do not like her part in the series as a bitter woman expecting too much out of some children and favoring others (it reminds me too much of what my sister and I went through growing up). I probably don't like my Ms. Fields playing such a mother when, as a child, she was so important to me.

Sally Field is an admiaration for all gals. She is not ol=nly one of the best actress of al time but she also supports for good causes.
