While the trailer for The Accidental Husband, a romantic comedy destined for theaters March 7, looks pretty lame, it does have a few things going for it. Namely:
- Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
- Jeffrey Dean Morgan as a New York firefighter.
- Jeffrey Dean Morgan as a New York firefighter who uses his firefighter status to evacuate an elevator so he and Uma Thurman can make out.
The story, such as it is, features Uma Thurman as a woman who finds herself married to a stranger (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) when she's trying to marry her man Richard (Colin Firth). As she tries to shake "the accidental husband" — who is, of course, her opposite in every way — she starts to fall for him and his roguish, firefighter ways.
