TV Tonight: "Shut Up! It's Stacy London"

As a dedicated fan of "What Not to Wear," I was thrilled to hear that Stacy London, the show's fashion diva, is getting her own talk show. But the even better news is that we don't have to wait till the fall to check it out. TLC is showing a "sneak peek" of the premiere episode of the show tonight at 10 p.m. Eastern and Pacific, right after a special behind-the-scenes episode of "What Not to Wear." Among the guests dropping by tonight: Jane Krakowski of "30 Rock," Lisa Rinna, and shoe designer Kristin Lee.

I'm excited to see how London's bubbly-yet-snarky personality translates to a talk show format, and I can never get enough Jane Krakowski, so I'll be tuning in for sure. Now, we just need to get the incredibly lovable Clinton Kelly a show, too — maybe a cameo on "Project Runway"? And hey, whatever happened to original "What Not to Wear" co-host Wayne Scot Lukas, anyway?

Wayne was her original co-host, pre-Clinton. I have no idea whatever happened to him. I think he was on the show through 2003, maybe 2002.

I loove Stacy, she's my fashion idol. I'm a completely dedicated WNTW watcher and I'm excited to see Stacy in a different setting. I hope she's successful.

Wayne does something with Speigel, he is the "in house stylist" and he is in their catalogues explaining the seasons' newest fashions. And he got a haircut.

Wayne Scot Lukas has been incredibly busy as a celebrity stylist, and he was the stylist for Spiegel for two or three years. Right now he is making fashion history with an incredible line of fashions for Home Shopping Network. The line premiered late last month and is a major hit, scoring more "customer picks" than any other line in that amount of time and garnering fantastic reviews from everyone who has ordered anything from the line. Do yourself a favor and check out Lukastyle on HSN. You'll see what set him head and shoulders above both Stacy and Clinton.

And, btw, Stacy can shut up without me.

I totally watched. I have to say that Stacy seemed a bit different with Clinton around, but she shows a lot of neat things on the show, for me to swoon over because I don't think I'll be rushing out to buy an Alexis Bittar bangle bracelet for $700 anytime soon.

I was so rooting for Stacy! But the show fell a little flat, in my opinion. She was her usual, adorable self, but something was off with the editing, the voice-overs, etc. And I have to say I think she's better with Clinton. HOWEVER, if she's planning on giving away "cool crap" on every episode, I'm holding out for next season and hoping to score tickets. Hopefully, the kinks will get worked out before the fall.

p.s. My mom HATED Wayne!! She used to always say, "Why don't they give HIM a makeover? He looks horrible!" Now she just says that about Carmindy and Nick.

No I'm not the real WSL or his mother. I'm just someone who misses his expertise on the show and am glad he is available once again to teach us.

Haha, WSL should remain a celebrity stylist. His fashion sensibilities do not suit everyday life.
I LOVE Stacy & Clinton. I agree Stacy's show was a little flat but I love the segment about runway fashion worn by average folk, it had be rolling. Besides, give her a break IT IS the first episode.

WSL's fashion sensibilities seem to be making a fortune for HSN which has reinvented itself as far as fashion goes. His Lukastyle line is something women have been looking for for years.
